JAKARTA - BYD has again strengthened its existence in the electric vehicle market by introducing Atto 3 facelift 2025. This model brings a number of significant updates from exterior to technology, as revealed through regulatory documents in China.

According to a report from the CarNewsChina page, Thursday, January 16, Atto 3 recently appeared fresher with an aggressive design, especially in front soccer which now has a new touch. This section gives a more sporty and dynamic impression than the previous version.

On the front, there is a new camera on the bumper which is an indication of an upgrade to the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). This step is in line with BYD's announcement last April which stated their cooperation with the well-known drone manufacturer, DJI, as the technology supplier of ADAS.

The back of the car is no less interesting, with a new bumper design that matches the front. The roof spoiler now has a pair of brake lights, replacing the design of a single light on the previous model, providing a more modern look.

Despite getting a number of changes to the display, Atto 3 dimensions are maintained, namely 4,455 mm long, 1,875 mm wide, 1,615 mm high, and 2.720 mm wheelbase. This SUV still relies on a 150 kW electric motor TZ200XSQ model with two battery options, namely 49.92 kWh and 60.48 kWh. Both offer a distance of 430 km and 510 km, respectively (based on CLTC standards).

Although the launch date has not been announced, the presence of this model in the regulatory document shows that the launch will not take long. It is estimated that the price is slightly more expensive than the previous version due to the improvement of the ADAS system.
