Launch Last July, MG Cyberster Has Been Ordered By Dozens Of Units In Indonesia

JAKARTA - MG officially launched the MG Cyberster electric roadster in Indonesia last July, and this one model was also brought to the ongoing GIIAS Surabaya event.

The car, which debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed event in July 2023, has been ordered by dozens of units, as revealed by one of the sellers who did not want to be named.

"A dozen units (MG Cyberster) have been ordered," he told VOI, Saturday, August 31.

VOI tried to confirm the number of orders to MG Motor Indonesia, through the Head of Marketing of Mr. MG Indonesia Muhamad Irvan Mustafa. When asked about orders for dozens of units, he agreed.

"That's right (ordering dozens of MG Cyberster units), but for details I have to check again with the team," he told VOI.

As is known, this powered car has been sold in Indonesia at IDR 1.68 billion on the Jakarta OTR. In design, the exterior of this fully imported car from China is equipped with Electric Convertible Roof and Automatic Scissor Doors which can be opened or closed in 10 seconds.

In terms of power, the MG Cyberster is powered by two electric motors that produce 536 horsepower power, the MG Cyberster offers extraordinary performance, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/hour in just 3.2 seconds. With the Ternary Ultra-thin battery with a capacity of 77 kWh, this vehicle has a range of up to 580 km (CLTC).

MG also provides a special program, namely the lifetime battery battery, specifically for the first 100 buyers of the MG Cyberster.
