TKDN Wuling BinguoEV Reaches 47.5 Percent, Price Drops!

JAKARTA - Last December, Wuling Indonesia brought good news for the BinguoEV model. Where, the results of the TKDN (Domestic Component Level) verification for the car reached more than 40 percent.

The second EV product line produced at the Wuling factory facility in Cikarang, West Java underwent a verification process carried out by the verification implementing agency, namely PT Surveyor Indonesia and obtained 47.5 percent for the TKDN value.

"We are proud to announce that Wuling BinguoEV has been verified by the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) and recorded a result of 47.5 percent. This achievement not only confirms Wuling's commitment to supporting the national automotive industry, but also makes BinguoEV one of the electric vehicles produced in Indonesia and has met the requirements to get VAT incentives," said Dian Asmahani, Sales and Marketing Director of Wuling Motors, in a written statement, Saturday, January 13.

In line with the commitment to participate in accelerating vehicle electrification in Indonesia, BinguoEV is also produced locally at the Wuling factory in Cikarang, West Java. The electric vehicle with the tagline Drive Electric, Be The Icon is also the work of the nation's children, as is the product line of other Wuling.

Applying the Global Manufacturing System (GMS), Wuling ensures that its factories are able to achieve production process efficiency and produce high-quality products. Supported by facilities equipped with various modern technologies, the Wuling factory in Indonesia has the competence to produce not only cars with internal combustion engines, but also electric cars.

In addition to the convenience in the form of VAT incentives, Wuling also provides more peace of mind in the ownership of BinguoEV through the Lifetime Core EV Component Warning which includes power batteries, motor drives, and motor control units to consumers, both those who choose the Long Range or Premium Range type. First in Indonesia, this program applies to private owners of BinguoEV in new conditions (not operational vehicles or changing hands) and with a maximum distance of 30,000 kilometers per year.

The electric vehicles used always carry out regular maintenance in the official Wuling workshop network and use original spare parts from Wuling. Then, BinguoEV also has affordable ownership costs of IDR 3.8 million to 105,000 km and public guarantees of up to 3 years or 100,000 kilometers.

Wuling also announced the presence of BinguoEV Long Range AC. The additional variant of the latest electric car from Wuling is supported by battery capacity with a distance of 333 km and AC configuring charging which is perfect for becoming a daily mobility partner in urban areas

Price Of Wuling BinguoEV

BinguoEV Long Range AC was priced at Rp348 million, with VAT incentives ranging from Rp317 million, for Long Range AC DC type Rp358 million with incentives of Rp326 million, Premium Range AC DC Rp408 million, with incentives ranging from Rp372 million.
