Hyundai, one of the largest automotive companies from South Korea, is active in efforts to build an environmentally friendly vehicle ecosystem by presenting more electric (EV) and hybrid vehicles globally. In addition, the company also introduced hydrogen technology through the N Vision 74 concept, and details regarding this model appear to be announced soon.

Based on a report from ETNews, Monday, December 18, the manufacturer plans to develop a hybrid supercar that uses hydrogen and electrical technology based on the concept of 'Pony Coupe'. However, it is reported that this car will be produced on a limited basis.

According to Hyundai, it is planned that this car will only be produced as many as 100 units and is scheduled to be assembled in the first half of 2026. The company is currently in the discussion stage to confirm the possibility of this production.

The decision to mass-produce N Vision 74 was interpreted as an implementation of the strong determination of Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) Chairman, Chung Eui-sun. This step is not just nonsense, because Hyundai has shown seriousness by recruiting former BMW official, Albert Bierman, since 2015 to launch several high-performance models through the 'N' division.

From a technical point of view, it is estimated that this car will have an output power of up to 800 dk, ahead of the performance of its concept which previously reached 680 dk. With this strong penetrate, this model is able to achieve acceleration from 0 to 100 km/hour within 3 seconds.

N Vision 74 will use a combination of hydrogen tanks and batteries with a capacity of 62.4 kWh, allowing it to go as far as 600 km. The target distance for the production version is between 400 and 500 km.

In addition, Hyundai plans to sell 70 vehicles out of a total of 100 units produced, with an allocation of 30 units for racing purposes. This step was taken to promote the 'N' high performance division in prestigious racing events at the international level.
