PHEV Range Rover Enlivens Electrification Market In Indonesia At Initial Price Of IDR 5 Billion

JAKARTA - Range Rover, a brand that is already familiar in Indonesia, once again affirms its presence in the Indonesian market by releasing the Range Rover PHEV, one of its environmentally friendly SUVs.

PT JLM Auto Indonesia's Brand Holder Agent (APM) presents this Range Rover PHEV to Indonesian tajir consumers, at a fantastic price starting from IDR 5 billion.

Irvino Edwardly, Director of Sales and Marketing of PT JLM Auto Indonesia, expressed his commitment to supporting the transition to the fully electric era in Indonesia by bringing two Range Rover electrification options, namely the mid-hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV).

"The launch of the PHEV Range Rover is a strong step forward in fulfilling this vision," said Irvino, quoted from ANTARA, Thursday, September 7.

The presence of the PHEV Range Rover complements the previous variant which still uses mild-hybrid technology, and is expected to play a role in accelerating the development of electrification in Indonesia, along with government programs.

Like the characteristics of the Range Rover, this car appears authoritative, elegant, and classy. The PHEV Range Rover retains iconic design with a simple but very precise CLAmshell Bonnet and exterior.

As a luxury SUV, the PHEV Range Rover is equipped with a large rim, which is 22 inches, with a hidden rear light, giving a more attractive impression.

The interior of this car is also filled with elements of luxury, including the 13.1-inch Pivi Pro floating screen and the Meridian Signature Audio System which is equipped with active noise cancellation technology and cabin air purification. This luxurious interior is also equipped with front seat-like features that can be automatically arranged with a 24-point massage system that can be adjusted according to convenience.

As a large SUV, the PHEV Range Rover has a more powerful engine, with an Ingenium 6-cylinder 3.0 liter turbocharged engine and a 38.2 kWh capacity battery. As a result, this car is capable of achieving impressive performance, reaching a speed of 0 to 100 km/h within 6 seconds. If used with pure electric power, this car can reach a range of up to 113 km.

PT JLM Auto Indonesia provides two variants, namely SE and Autobiography, with a high initial price, starting from Rp5.2 billion for the SE variant, while the Autobiography variant is priced at Rp5.7 billion. However, all prices from these two variants are still Off The Road.
