November 2021, KlikFilm Prepares 3 New Indonesian Films, 3 Oscar Winning Films, And 1 Palme D'Or Winner

Titane movie premieres on KlikFilm in November

JAKARTA - Opening November 2021 with a surprise, KlikFilm provides 7 new films that can be an option for fans. KlikFilm exclusively presents three new national films with the drama genre as well as international films that won the Palme d'Or at the 2021 Cannes film festival, Titane.

The 3 Indonesian films that will be broadcast are titled Langit Kala Senja, played by Mika Tambayong, Omar Daniel, and Refal Hadi, Senzano Savana played by Adipati Dolken, and Baby Jovanca, Love of Fate played by Dikta and Febby Rastanty.

In addition, a row of other foreign films are, Bergman Island which is also present at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, Night Raiders which is present at the Toronto International Film Festival, several musical drama films such as A Star Is Born, The Piano, Tender Mercies, and The Man Who. In this film, newcomer actress Agathe Rousselle plays Alexia, who has been in a car accident since childhood, due to the carelessness of her father. Night Rider

Night Raiders is a Canadian-New Zealand apocalyptic science fiction film written and directed by Danis Goulet. The film stars Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers, Brooklyn Letexier-Hart, Alex Tarrant, Amanda Plummer, and Violet Nelson. The film Night Rider premiered worldwide at the 71st Berlin International Film Festival in March 2021.

Set in North America in 2044, the film tells the story of Niska (Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers), a Cree woman who joins the resistance movement against the military government to save her daughter.

Meander

The story of the film Meander begins when Lisa (Gaia Weiss) meets Adam (Peter Franzen). Apparently, Adam is a fugitive, and Lisa finds out too late. Before long, Lisa became a victim and had to deal with terrible events.

Lisa wakes up in a narrow hall full of unexpected traps. She must navigate the passage of the appropriate tube quickly to survive. The Piano

This film tells the story of a deaf woman named Ada McGrath, played by Holly Hunter. She has a young daughter named Flora, played by Anna Paquin. Ada is actually not mute but since her husband died she has never spoken to anyone again, including her son. Due to her silence, she only expresses her feelings by playing the piano. And the one who faithfully accompanies Ada everywhere and translates what she means is her daughter, Flora.

Ada remarried to a man named Alistair Stewart, played by Sam Neill. Ada then moved to an island. All the things she brought including the piano. Since his house was up and down the hill, Alistair decided to leave the piano on the beach. There was frustration because the piano was left on the beach.

Alistair has a friend named Baines, played by Harvey Keitel. Baines was the one who was able to bring the piano back to Ada. But on one condition, Ada must teach him the piano until he is proficient. There agreed. Well, love springs from every meeting of Ada and Baines. The story continues, their affair was discovered and Ada's husband was furious. Emotions ran high until Alistair cut off Ada's finger.

At the end of the story, Ada can't play the piano anymore because her fingers are disabled. Then Baines asked Ada and Flora to run away from the island. The three of them start a new life in another city. What was touching was when Baines made a fake finger extension made of metal to Ada's stubby finger. Now Ada can return to playing the piano. Baines is a great person, he is able to return all of Ada's passions in life.

The Piano received a total of 7 Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture. The film won three of them, namely Best Actress for Holly Hunter, Best Supporting Actress for Anna Paquin, and Best Original Screenplay.

Tender Mercies

This is a 1983 American drama film directed by Bruce Beresford. The screenplay by Horton Foote focuses on Mac Sledge, a recovering alcoholic country music singer who lives his life with a young widow and her son in rural Texas. Robert Duvall played the role of Mac; the supporting cast includes Tess Harper, Betty Buckley, Wilford Brimley, Ellen Barkin, and Allan Hubbard.
