Sherina Munaf And Nikita Mirzani One Voice Defending Canon Dogs, Satpol PP Oh No

JAKARTA - The act of torturing Canon's dog to death by the Aceh Satpol PP received the spotlight from singer Sherina Munaf. The wife of Baskara Mahendra admitted that she was stressed because she imagined a dog being tortured to death. Sherina was also surprised by the purpose of the violence carried out by Satpol PP for halal tourism.

"It's still stressful to imagine that your beloved pet, cared for since childhood, friendly and trusting in humans, being hunted, tortured and killed by the hands of uniformed officers, for what reason? Halal tourism? ? It hurts," wrote Sherina Munaf on her Twitter account @sherinasinna.

The singer of the song "Go You" alluded to the actions of the Satpol PP who committed violence on dogs. According to him, it was a cruel and selfish act.

In her next tweet, the 31-year-old woman asked many parties to voice their rejection of violence against animals. He hopes that this number of voices can prevent this heinous incident from happening again.

"How long do people from our own nation treat animals like this. Moreover, this is someone's PET. The greatest privilege of having A VOICE is to PROTECT the VOICELESS. If you are restless because of this, SPEAK UP," he said.

Sherina also felt disappointed with the response of the Head of the PP and Wiyatul Wisbah Aceh Singkil, Ahmad Yani, who said the action was in accordance with the SPO and suspected that Canon died due to stress. Feeling furious, he also shared a screenshot of Ahmad Yani's words from one of the online media.
