JAKARTA - Backstage film produced by Paragon Pictures and Ideosource Entertainment released the trailer and poster today, Thursday, October 7th. After being postponed several times due to the pandemic, the film is confident of hitting theaters on December 30, 2021.

The CEO and Executive Producer of Ideosource Entertainment, Andi Boediman said he was very happy that the Backstage film could be shown in theaters. "The long process from the start of the shooting process until it is finally confirmed to be shown in theaters makes me relieved. We have been waiting for almost two years for the Backstage film to be shown in theaters," he said in collaboration with global companies Astro Shaw and Nusantara at XXI Metropole, Cikini, Central Jakarta.

Paragon Pictures producer, Robert Ronny, admitted that he is confident to appear again in theaters after reopening after PPKM. "This is precisely what we have been waiting for. We want this film to continue showing in theaters to provide the audience with the maximum viewing experience," he said.

"I hope this film can get a positive response from Indonesian film fans, especially for teenagers. The story of the struggle of a girl who wants to become a singer with the support of her brother will provide a warm atmosphere for film audiences," added Robert Ronny.

Meanwhile, Sissy Prescillia, who plays the character Sandra, revealed that she had seen the film during the post-production process. Sissy also admitted that she was very satisfied with the results.

"I'm very satisfied with the results. Our hard work during the pandemic seems to have paid off. The dramas of the brothers and sisters are available, the songs are also really cool. This film is a must to watch in theaters," he said.

Not to be outdone, Vanesha Prescilla, who plays the character Elsa in this film, also admitted that she was very happy that Backstage would finally appear in theaters. Moreover, Backstage is a very personal film for Vanesha because in this film for the first time she is acting with her sister.

"This film is very personal to me, so I'm really excited that Backstage is finally showing in theaters. This film will be a really cool year-end holiday film," said Vanesha Prescilla.
