JAKARTA - Amanda Manopo is often reported to be a convert. Especially when he was still dating Billy Saputra and admitted to having a serious relationship. During the month of Ramadan 2021, the soap opera actor Ikatan Cinta uploaded a photo of him praying.

Amanda uploaded a photo wearing a pink mukena on a prayer rug. Netizens again speculated that Amanda would become a convert.

Realizing that the photo made netizens excited, Amanda chose to delete the upload which was actually a cut from the soap opera Ikatan Cinta where Amanda and Arya acted as a husband and wife. However, lately Amanda has been rumored to be a convert again because it turns out that Amanda is building a mosque. Amanda asked for a recommendation for the area where the mosque would be built.

Amanda did not confirm that she had converted to Islam. Amanda was born with Protestant Christian beliefs and does not hesitate to share the ease and happiness of other religions.

Amanda Manopo admitted that he built a mosque purely to share sustenance with the public. "I'm not looking for a reward. Like a vow, who will the results be given to. All these results are also gifts from God, so I just want to share them fairly," he concluded.
