Baekhyun's New Album Pre-Orders Receive High Sales

JAKARTA - Baekhyun, a soloist and member of the EXO group will release his second mini album titled Delight on Monday, May 25 at 4 pm. Prior to its release, SM Entertainment announced that pre-orders for the new album reached a new high of 732,297 orders.

This number is much higher than the sales figure of his first album, City Lights, which amounted to 400 thousand. Of course, this achievement is an achievement in itself for Baekhyun and his fans.

Being a soloist since 2019, Baekhyun's solo projects are always awaited by fans. He is known as the main vocalist of EXO, the voice of the drama Moon Lovers cannot be doubted.

In addition, his voice is widely heard in a number of Korean dramas. This year, Baekhyun has filled the soundtrack for the Korean drama Doctor Romantic 2 and Hyena.

Baekhyun will release a mini album Delight with the single song Candy. The song will have an R&B Pop nuance that shows Baekhyun's distinctive voice. In addition, there are six new songs included in this mini album. One of the South Korean R&B musicians, Colde, is reportedly working on the song Love Again.

In the photo teaser that is shared, there are three versions of the Delight album that fans can have, namely Cinnamon, Honey, and Mint. Some of the concept photos show Baekhyun's dark and light versions which can be seen from the clothes he is wearing.

To celebrate the album's release, Baekhyun will broadcast on VLive on Monday, May 25 at 5 PM South Korean time. The album Delight will be released both physically and digitally.
