Yuri debuted as a member of SNSD in 2007 and began acting in 2012 although she had taken a small role in 2008. She also debuted as a solo singer in 2018 by releasing a mini album.
He last acted in the drama Parole Examiner Lee in 2024 and made a special appearance in the drama The Art of Negotiation.
This year, she joined the sub-unit HYORISOO with Hyoyeon and Sooyoung of SNSD group by making their debut travel variety. It is not known whether Yuri will join the next agency.
