JAKARTA - K-pop group KARD revealed plans to disband after they completed some of their activities. DSPMedia agency announced this news to fans called HIDDEN KARD.
The plan to disband will take place after they complete the tour and release their latest album titled Where To Now? (Part.2) : NOWHERE.
"After discussing with all four members, we agreed that this album and tour would close KARD's journey as a group," DSPMedia said on Monday, July 6.
"We once again thank HIDDEN KARD for supporting KARD in various steps. We also hope that you will support each member who starts their individual journey," he said.
It is not yet known whether the four members will stay at the agency or leave DSPMedia. KARD, which consists of J.seph, BM, Somin, and Jiwoo, debuted in 2017.
KARD is currently on their latest tour, DRIFT, which was also held in Jakarta at the end of June. Then, they will continue the tour to the United States and Europe until September.
"The members put their hearts into preparing the album and tour and we hope this last activity will be a beautiful memory for HIDDEN KARD," the agency said.
Currently, KARD is touring various countries until the end of September before ending their activities as a group as a whole.
