Ogah Mediation, Clara Shinta Ensures Legal Cases Against Ex-Husband Continue

JAKARTA - Clara Shinta showed a firm attitude in dealing with her legal case with her ex-husband, Derry Goestaf alias DG. Even though the investigation process has just begun, this celebrity is sure that there will be no word of peace for the party who he considers has killed his character.

"No, I won't, I will continue this case, Kak. So there is no acceptance to make peace or accept something, there is none," said Clara Shinta at the Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday, June 24.

For Clara, the slander launched by DG has entered a stage that cannot be forgiven in a family.

"The slander that he threw was enough to attack my self-esteem and kill my character. We will fight in this case," he continued.

Although the party showed a challenging attitude, it did not discourage Clara's courage to seek justice at the green table.

"There is nothing (apology). In fact, it seems like it's challenging. Well, it's okay, it's free. Everyone wants to make peace, wants to challenge," said Clara calmly.

Clara emphasized that her goal in reporting was not to pursue material or monetary compensation, but rather accountability for speech.

"I just ask for accountability for his words. If it's for material I don't want to accept and I don't want to sue," he said.

His lawyer, Akil Rumaday, stated that his client was very cooperative in providing information to make this case clear.

"It was in the investigation stage as in Law Number 20 of 2025, so it is still in the request for clarification in the BAP," said Akil.

Clara's party has also prepared additional ammunition in the form of key witnesses who know the real incident.

"Later the witnesses will be prepared by Mrs. Clara, we will wait for the next invitation for the testimony of the witnesses," added Akil.

Clara slightly revealed who she would invite to strengthen her report.

"What is certain is that the closest person to me who may have been present yesterday at Komnas. Later we will announce again," said Clara.

Akil explained that the journey of this case is still long until it reaches the stage of determining the suspect.

"After the case is held, then later it will be raised whether this event is a criminal act. If it has risen in the investigation stage, then a suspect will be found," he explained.

Closing her statement, Clara Shinta reiterated that anyone who makes a mistake must be ready for the risks.

"I just ask that everything be processed, whoever committed the crime deserves punishment, according to their actions," he concluded.
