JAKARTA - The cast of the film "Warkop DKI: Viralin DOoOong..!!" tells about their involvement in the soundtrack of the latest film. Not only acting, they will also sing for several songs that can be watched in the cinema.

The first song, "NDOKASIN" was written by Desta who plays Dono. The music video was directed by Dimas Djayadiningrat with a vintage concept that will bring nostalgia to Warkop DKI fans.

"At that time I was playing guitar, looking for lyrics that rhyme and it seemed good. Send it to (producer) H.B. Naveen and Naveen said "Des, I like it. Let's make it," said Desta in a teaser conference for the music video in South Jakarta on Saturday, May 23.

Tora Sudiro who plays Kasino also added, Desta is very involved in making films - not only as an actor but as a person behind the scenes.

"Desta is very good. Grading is going to Thailand. Two times grading to Thailand, supervision, editing, coloring, scoring songs all," said Tora Sudiro.

In addition to NDOKASIN, the trio "Warkop DKI: Viralin DOoOong..!!" also prepared several songs that became the soundtrack for the film. Desta admitted that this song very much adopted the concept of Warkop DKI which is iconic.

"It's exciting that we've been given a storyboard deck for several scenes to shoot, we just didn't think about shooting with an old camera and shooting at the Warkop shooting place and with a little dance choreographic style and ecel lele stalls, so it makes us nostalgic even though the song is new," said Vino G. Bastian.

"I'm really a fan of Warkop. I do it myself, I record it, I edit it myself and I learn the lyrics. It happens to be the same person from Solo," said Desta.

"The point is that this video, including the films and songs we made, is dedicated to Warkop. We want to give the best to Pak Indro, Dono, Kasino," said Vino again.

Meanwhile, the music video and several songs can be listened to online ahead of the screening of the film "Warkop DKI: Viralin DOoOong..!!" which will be shown starting June 11, 2026 in Indonesian cinemas.
