JAKARTA - Actress Elizabeth Olsen answered speculation about the continuation of the WandaVision story. Unfortunately, fans don't have to look forward to the second season of the series.

“No, this is easy for me to answer. This is a limited series. From the beginning, the middle, the end and that's it", Olsen told PEOPLE earlier this year.

This statement was reiterated by Olsen when he recently spoke in a Variety segment with Kaley Cuoco on Tuesday, June 8.

When Cuoco asked the possibility of the second season of WandaVision, Olsen replied, “No. (WandaVision) is a limited series”.

She explained that she honestly didn't know about the second season of WandaVision. "I mean, I said it. I do not know. I think with Marvel, you can never say no. People leave, and come back alive".

Even Olsen admitted that she was surprised that WandaVision would have a continuation. She really liked acting for television series but it's all back to Marvel's decision.

While WandaVision has no sequel, Olsen is reportedly returning as Wanda Maximoff for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness next year.

WandaVision premiered on Disney+ in January and received a positive response. As the name implies, this series focuses on Wanda and Vision (played by Paul Bettany) who feel something mysterious is happening at their residence.
