JAKARTA - Being the representative of Indonesia at the 2026 Miss World event makes Audrey Bianca undergo preparations that are not trivial. Miss Indonesia 2025 admitted that she had started preparing herself since mid-2025.
There are a number of preparations he has undergone, ranging from skin care, maintaining body shape, to regulating the lifestyle to stay fit ahead of the international competition.
Audrey said that preparations had begun since July 2025 and had been running quite consistently until now.
"We have started a lot of treatments from July 2025 to now May 2026. So, it's almost 11-10 months," said Audrey Bianca after the Press Brunch with Miss Indonesia at the VIP Skin Center, Jakarta, Tuesday, May 12.
For almost a year, Audrey has regularly undergone various beauty treatments at the VIP Skin Center. In a week, he took the time to do a number of treatments focused on skin health and body tightening.
Audrey's treatment is quite diverse. He said he did HIFU, Cold Plasma, Meso for the face and body, to Radio Frequency to help tighten the body. In addition, Hydro Facial is a mandatory treatment that he almost always does.
For Audrey, the thing that makes her most comfortable is the process of consulting directly with a doctor before treatment is carried out. She feels she can convey her skin needs in detail without having to feel confused about determining her own treatment.
"If we consult with the doctor, we can just say, doc, my goals for my face, our skin texture is like this-like this-like this. The doctor will always give us, oh you should do this-this. So, I don't worry much, there's not much that makes me," explained Audrey.
The woman who will represent Indonesia at Miss World 2026 also admitted that she was quite focused on improving the texture of her facial skin and overcoming acne scars so that her appearance would be more optimal when using makeup on stage.
"Usually every week I ask to improve the texture of my face. Because, even though we wear make-up, it is also sometimes visible when there are textures. And also for acne scars, because it doesn't take much effort to cover it," he said.
Not only the face, Audrey also underwent body tightening treatment to appear more confident when appearing in front of the judges and international audience.
"Tightening the face and body. So, later when I am on the Miss World stage, I will be more confident," he said.
Apart from beauty treatments, Audrey maintains her fitness through regular exercise and a balanced diet. Even so, he chose not to be too hard on himself about diet.
He admitted that he regularly walks every morning or once every few days, plus the gym twice a week and pilates to maintain his body shape.
"I usually walk every morning or every three days. There's no need to run too much, because I'm afraid of injuries sometimes. And once a week, twice a gym, and twice a pilates," said Audrey.
Regarding food, Audrey chose to continue enjoying what she liked so as not to be stressed during the preparation period. However, he began to reduce rice and replace it with other sources of carbohydrates such as pasta and potatoes.
Another interesting habit, Audrey regularly drinks coconut water every day because she feels that the benefits are quite helpful in maintaining weight.
"Every day, I drink coconut water. Because it helps lose weight, it really works," he said.
In the midst of preparations for the competition, which is attended by more than 100 countries, Audrey also touched on the issue of beauty standards, which he said are now increasingly diverse. He feels that the Miss World event gives space for women of various skin colors to appear confident.
According to him, the standard of beauty in Indonesia is also starting to change and is no longer stuck on white skin.
"Actually in Indonesia, the beauty standard for skin tone is also not too focused on brightening or having a skin tone that is too white. I think it's very good, because now we are starting to accept a variety of skin tones," he continued.
Therefore, Audrey admitted that she did not feel worried about her skin color when she had to appear at the international event later. With all the preparations that have been carried out for months, Audrey hopes to give the best results for Indonesia at Miss World 2026.
"God willing, at Miss World, with the proper preparation from me, the Miss Indonesia team, and the clinic family, and everyone, I think we will do well. The important thing is that I pray, and hope, I will get a lot of support and prayers," he concluded.
