"Karen's character is immature, she is still a teenager who is pregnant out of wedlock. Her ghosting boyfriend just disappeared," said Pamela while talking to the media, at the WeTV office, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, June 2.

As a single woman, this role is quite challenging for Pamela. Because Pamela has to dig up a lot of experiences from women who have been pregnant.

"I also asked the director, how do pregnant people walk, how emotional they are. I also had the feeling that pregnant people feel achy because they use a fake belly. That's just the way it feels a bit stiff at the waist. It feels really stiff when carrying a fake belly," he recalled.

Pamela hopes that the soap opera 9 Bulan can be a guide for teenagers in maintaining relationships. "This is what makes the soap opera 9 Bulan special. Because it's not just entertainment but there are also moral lessons that can be taken. Everything we do has consequences. So we must think about it carefully. How support from family and friends greatly affects the emotions of pregnant women, " he explained.

So passionate about her role as a pregnant woman, Pamela Bowie is often teased that the crew is ready to get pregnant, not just get married. "When I saw the way, he said that Pem was very passionate about the way he walked. He was ready, he liked to be teased while filming," he recalled.
