JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya provides the latest developments regarding the alleged terror case filed by a doctor and health influencer, Oky Pratama.
Even though the investigation process is still ongoing, the police stated that they are still opening space for both parties to take a peaceful path.
Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, explained that this case was handled intensively by the Sub Directorate of Motor Investigation (Subdit Resmob) of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Metro Jaya Police.
According to Budi, investigators still prioritize the opportunity for settlement through mediation. However, he emphasized that this step does not stop the ongoing legal process.
"There is still a chance for mediation. But in parallel, expert witness examinations will still be carried out," said Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto to reporters in Jakarta, Thursday, January 22.
