Chronology of Alleged Problematic Investment of Boiyen's Husband, Promise Rp6 Million per Month until He Fled

JAKARTA - The relationship between Boiyen's husband, RAA alias Rully Anggi Akbar with his investors has actually been established for a long time, long before the culinary business "Sateman Indonesia" was established. Their story started from a professional relationship as a tour guide and client.

The investor's lawyer, Santono Baben, revealed that his client had known RAA for 7 to 8 years.

"According to our client's story, this RAA is their tour guide, he is one of the tour guides," he explained in the Jakarta area, not long ago.

Thanks to the closeness and good communication that has been established for years, his clients also put great trust in RAA. This trust is the main capital of RAA when offering investment proposals.

In August 2023, RAA contacted his client and stated that he needed funds for the development of his culinary business in Yogyakarta. He submitted a very convincing proposal.

In the proposal, RAA not only promises a 70-30 profit-sharing. He also specifically promises a fixed profit every month.

"We provide Rp. 6,000,000 per month. We give Rp. 6,000,000 per month to our investors or clients every 9th," said Santono.

This sweet promise managed to make the investor transfer funds of Rp. 200 million to RAA's personal account. Initially, everything went smoothly.

RAA had provided a share in accordance with the promise for four months, namely from August 2023 until the last transfer in January 2024.

"So after investing, our client invested in August 2023, the report in the following month immediately fell. So in the following months up to 5 months, he still gives a share," explained Santono Baben.

"But after that until now, he no longer gives a share and the promises made to our clients were not kept," he continued.

However, after that, communication began to stagnate and the share of the proceeds stopped completely. RAA is said to have started to avoid and run away from responsibility with various excuses.

Now, the promise of a profit of Rp. 6 million per month is just a memory. The investor had to swallow a bitter pill and is now fighting to reclaim his rights through the legal system.
