No AI In Avatar: Fire And Ash, James Cameron: We Don't Want To Replace Actors

JAKARTA - Director James Cameron prohibits the use of AI in his latest film, Avatar: Fire and Ash. Not rejecting AI, but he feels that human actors still give lives in the Avatar world even though it is wrapped in technology.

"I'm not thinking negative about AI. I just want to emphasize we don't use it in Avatar," James Cameron quoted Comicbooks as saying.

"We respect and celebrate the actor. We don't replace the actor. It will find his own level. I think Hollywood will manage that on its own," he said.

According to him, if they use AI, they can only do it if the artist has used it straightforwardly.

"We will find a way through that, but we can only live it as an artist if we are present then this is some kind of threat to the existence of a big AI that worries me more than anything else," Cameron explained.

It's no secret that James Cameron is using motion transfer technology to show how powerful Avatar film production is. Therefore, the process of making the Avatar franchise takes a long time.

"Arrest appearance means Avatar can't be around if Sigourney totals Sigourney, Sam Worthington, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, I and all the players don't get up and stick a black spot on our faces. From arrows, martial arts, diving, to language, to physical training, acrobatics, it all makes our characters feel bionic," said Zoe Saldana.

In addition, James Cameron also briefly discussed a generative AI that threatens the current development of the world.

As he said, although he did not criticize the real AI, he joined AI stability, the company behind the Stable AI model. He felt this effort could reduce the cost of using visual effects in films.
