JAKARTA - Repeatedly cheated by those closest to him left deep wounds for Fuji. The bitter experience of being deceived by billions of rupiah has now made him much more careful and even experience a trust issue or crisis of trust.

Fuji's mother, Dewi Zuharti, revealed that her daughter is now very selective in recruiting new employees. The interview process was made layered to ensure that there were no more "barbared sheep" in her team.

He highlighted Fuji's reckless habits in entrusting valuables, such as safe keys to jewelry, to his employees.

In fact, Dewi Zuharti said that her husband, H. Faisal, was a very thorough person in assessing new people. He always asks the background of every employee who works with Fuji.

"Papa is really fussy with him," said Dewi.

"For example, when people start working, Papa must ask, 'Where are you from? Where are you (where)?'," he continued.

However, Fuji, who at that time really believed in his team, actually felt uncomfortable with his father's attitude. He even scolded H. Faisal.

"Sometimes his papa was scolded by him (Fuji). 'Papa, don't be fussy, this guy is really good,' that's it," recalled Dewi.
