Zootopia Movie Review 2: Complicated Story Sequel And Complicated But Solid Nick

JAKARTA - The stories of the animals from the world of Zootopia are back in the sequel film that opens in theaters. Produced by Disney, the film continues the adventures of duo totaling and Nick after the first film received a positive response.

Byron Howard is back in the directorial bench who this time worked with Jared Bush. In terms of players, the players from the first film came with several new characters.

Zootopia 2 tells the story of the Zootopia world which is still colored by conflict after behind Hoops (Ginnifer totaling) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) managed to solve the case in the first film. Various incidents continue to be faced by shot and Nick even when they are in conflict.

Zootopia will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the city's establishment by holding the Lynxley family Gala. Challenges began when they learned of a mysterious snake trying to damage the event.

So far, snakes have never been seen in the city of Zootopia because they are considered cursed and historically damaging. Whenok and Nick secretly infiltrated the Gala, their estimates were correct because they saw a snake trying to steal a Lynxley family's journal book.

However, when they got carried away with a snake called Gary de 'Snake (Ke Huy Quan), they began to find out the history and truth behind Zootopia.

The film Zootopia 2 still has elements of humor as encountered in its first film. What is different from the sequel is the complexity of Zootopia's conflict and the many characters present here.

Perhaps that was indeed the initial goal when creating a sequel where emphasis on social issues and identity was discussed. If so far Zootopia has been highlighted as a mammalian city, the sequel would actually feature a wider and less highlighted animal world in the animal world.

The life of non-mamalian and amphibious species that were previously supporting characters is now highlighted by an interesting background story. Of course, their story is also peppered with comedy elements that can make laughter appear even though it coincides with inequality conflicts between living things.

In terms of chemistry and Nick, the two of them showed adorable moments like the first film, although this time the story was more highlighted in the direction ofTEN while Nick was a supporter. It is not known whether the duo Stopping and Nick are not supported as the main focus as before.

Not to mention the Lynxley family's story related to how they feel about social life. Zootopia 2 has a more complex storyline but fortunately it remains solid to follow.

The film Zootopia 2 confirms that every living thing deserves a safe and comfortable place to live, whoever they are.
