Sarwendah Admits To Undergoing IVF By Request, Does She Take a Dig at Ruben Onsu?

JAKARTA — Celebrity Sarwendah suddenly touched on the condition of her uterus during a live social media broadcast. Her statement immediately caught the attention of netizens, who suspected it was directed at her ex-husband, Ruben Onsu.

While still married to Ruben, Sarwendah underwent IVF to conceive their first child. However, during the live broadcast, Sarwendah firmly denied any problems with her pregnancy.

"And if I'm feeling nauseous, it doesn't mean my pregnancy is weak, honey. My uterus is fine, everything is healthy," said Sarwendah, as quoted by VOI from the Instagram account @lambegosiip, Wednesday, November 12.

Furthermore, without naming anyone, Sarwendah explained that her decision to undergo IVF at the time was not due to health reasons, but rather a request from someone.

"Everything is healthy, because there was a request for IVF. So, the situation is different," she said.

Sarwendah also emphasized that the results of a medical examination showed her body was in prime condition and there were no indications of any reproductive disorders.

"There's no problem with my body. I've had a health check, and everything's fine. It's just that there was a request for IVF. That's why I chose IVF," she explained.

In closing, Sarwendah emphasized that every couple has their own journey and considerations when starting a family. "Perhaps everyone is different," she concluded.
