Nikita Mirzani Is Ready To Face Reza Gladys's Lawsuit And The Consequences Of Appeal

JAKARTA Nikita Mirzani's legal team stated that they are ready to face the possibility of a lawsuit from Reza Gladys regarding the alleged unlawful act that is currently underway. They emphasized that they would follow every legal process calmly and openly.

"Oh, that's the defendant's right. Maybe later there will be a lawsuit back or whatever. Yes, their rights, there is no problem. We will face it," said Galih Rakasiwi, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, November 11.

In addition to preparing for a back lawsuit, Galih also emphasized that his team was prepared with all the consequences of the appeal efforts that had been filed, including a possible heavier sentence.

"Yes, it's ready. Why are we now submitting an appeal memory? Because it is ready, physically and so on," he said.

According to Galih, there are three possible results of the ongoing appeal process, namely the decision being upheld, the punishment being increased, or the punishment being competed until it is free.

"Ready with all the consequences. Because this is a legal effort, and it's a shame if it's not taken," he continued.

With this attitude, Nikita Mirzani emphasized his commitment to take all available legal channels in order to seek justice for his client.
