JAKARTA - The first pregnancy brings happiness and anxiety to actress Susan Sameh. She openly admits that she has anxiety or anxiety, especially when she thinks about the delivery process.

Uniquely, this anxiety is often triggered by the content of the delivery video he watches on TikTok social media.

"I often watch videos on TikTok, like, 'Oh yes, they review normal births like what,' that's right," said Susan Sameh in the South Jakarta area, Monday, November 3.

"Then I read the comments, it made me anxiety. Then someone gave birth to the fault, then what was the review, what were the comments people, it made me anxiety," he continued.

This anxiety even had an impact on his physical condition. "Alhamdulillah, it's not bad. So it's like I'm scared, sometimes shortness of breath, after that try to calm down, that's it," he explained.

To overcome this, Susan chose to rest more and take a break from filming.

"You have to be more calm. A lot calmer, don't be tired," he concluded.

Even though she longed for the presence of a child, Susan Sameh admitted that she had felt scared when she first saw the positive test pack results.

Not afraid to be a mother, but afraid of not being able to take good care of the baby when he was still in the womb.

"Honestly, I really wanted to have children. But it turned out that when I saw the test pack, when I found out I was pregnant... I was afraid it was like, 'I was afraid I couldn't take care of him,' that's what Susan Sameh said.

"Because still, when I found out it was still four weeks, it was still one month," he said.

This initial fear has now transformed into a very protective attitude, especially in terms of food. Now, at the age of seven months of pregnancy, she admits that she is very careful with what she consumes to ensure her fetus remains healthy.

"If you want to eat, it's a small thing like eating, I really go to the restaurant every time or do you want to eat meat, 'Please, I'm pregnant. Make sure the meat is really cooked'," he said.

"It's like, for example, I'm eating a chicken that still has a little pink but it's already full, like, 'Oh my goodness, why isn't this okay?'," he concluded.
