JAKARTA - Director Ody Harahap presents his latest film, The Most Actor. This film is an adaptation of the novel by writer Adhitya Mulya with a comedy and family story.

Jourdy Pranata is believed to be the main character alongside Beby Tsabina, Kevin Julio, Yeyen Lidya, Verdi Solaiman, Kenny Austin, Dimas Danang, and so on.

The Most Actor tells the story of Gilang Garnida (Jourdy Pranata), an extra actor who dreams of becoming the main actor. Because of this dream, Gilang is too willing to explore every character he receives, even though it causes annoyance from the surrounding crews.

One day, Ramli (Indra Birowo), stated that he stopped being Gilang's manager because Gilang had never sold him as an actor. Not to mention his in-depth behavior as an actor who made a headache, but Ramli promised one last project, a film with director Tegas Julius (Kevin Julio).

Julius firmly blocked Gilang from playing on his project, until they reunited. Gilang was also happy because through a new film Tegas, he met Rachel Kensington (Beby Tsabina), the top actress who started a career with her.

However, while filming the film, Rachel and Gilang were kidnapped and asked for a ransom. Tegas was also kidnapped and the three had to work together to get out of the situation.

There is no need to think long about watching the film The Most Actor, because this film is entertaining. Some of the comedy works even though it doesn't always run smoothly, but can still be enjoyed.

Gilang's journey to become an actor is uniquely presented. The narrative, which is carried out with a role-to- role transition, convinces the audience that Gilang is in the depression stage to achieve his desire.

His submission feels ridiculous but his story is very interesting, where the struggle of a teenager who is persistent even though life out there is not completely ideal. Something close to the lives of young people today is in the midst of increasingly sharp competition.

Jourdy's appearance as Gilang also appeared humanist, as a result he became an easy character to support and deserves to explore various transitions.

In the middle of the film, when the kidnapping conflict began, from there an unexpected combination came. The combination of Gilang-Rachel-Tegas is a strange combination but it turns out to be fun. Scene after scene made their performances grow and in the end they managed to create the dynamics.

Indeed, the part of the action was not smooth but was still forgiven by the comedy side which covered it up.

Firmly unexpectedly showing the comedy part that was able to make the audience laugh, while Rachel, who at first seemed indifferent, became a humorous person.

The Most Actor is not just a story about someone's struggle but how a person appreciates every life he lives both behind the scenes and in front of the screen. This film is a fun spectacle and raises laughter among them.
