Erin Denies Agreeing To Divorce Due To Leaks Of Divorce Lawsuit Andre Taulany

JAKARTA The new chapter in the divorce process of Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina (Erin Taulany) was finally revealed. Through Erin's attorney, Wahyu Purnomo, it was confirmed that both parties had reached an agreement to separate well.

The agreement was reached through a series of meetings outside the trial facilitated by the mediator of the Religious Court. According to Wahyu, the main purpose of this agreement is to speed up the trial process while avoiding prolonged conflict.

"So there is an agreement between the parties to divorce," said Wahyu Purnomo when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, October 29.

"In principle, what was agreed upon was that the parties agreed to separate properly without opening up or questioning past mistakes," he said.

Wahyu also dismissed the notion that this peace was triggered by the leak of previous divorce lawsuit documents or the threat of mutual disgrace. He emphasized that communication between the two families had existed long before the issue emerged to the public.

"The discussion was carried out before there was an issue of the leak of the previous case. We have been intensely communicating, so it has nothing to do with it," he explained.

He also strongly denied the news that said Erin had intended to divulge Andre's disgrace.

"No, it has nothing to do with it at all. There is no need to be directed, nothing like that," Wahyu argued.

Furthermore, Wahyu said that the main consideration behind this peace decision was for the good of their children.

"Children are one of the important points that makes the two of them talk about this well, of course for sure," he said.

With this agreement, the trial process at the Religious Court is expected to take place more quickly. The agenda for the next trial which will be held on Wednesday next week will enter the stage of proof, before finally continuing with the reading of the verdict.

"It's just a matter of proof, that's all the verdict. So hurry up," concluded Wahyu.
