Rizky Febian Tells The Story Of Crying In The Bathroom Before Applying To Mahalini

JAKARTA - Singer Rizky Febian shared an emotional confession that had never been disclosed before about the moment behind his application procession with Mahalini Raharja.

He admitted that he had cried alone in the bathroom shortly before the sacred moment took place.

In an interview, the eldest son of comedian Sule told how tense and critical the moment was for him.

Apart from having to prepare to convince the Mahalini extended family, there is one deep feeling that makes him unable to hold back tears.

"There was a moment before I wanted to propose to him, I was silent in the bathroom, then I cried," said Rizky Febian.

The tears spilled because of his deep longing for his late mother, Lina Jubaedah. In the midst of an important moment in his life, he really hopes that his mother can be there to accompany him and give him strength.

"Because, right, the late Mama was gone, right. I cried first like, 'Mah, try you are here, maybe I can say everything, maybe it's more flexible'," he said in a emotional tone.

In addition to the emotional burden of losing his mother, Rizky Febian also admitted that there were other major pressures, including sensitive discussions about religion that they would engage in marriage. This makes the waiting for answers from the Mahalini family so tense.

"So it's like I thought it was a nervous moment, like a boil broke. So it's like, 'Wow, this is crazy, I have to wait for an answer'," he explained.

However, all the tensions and tears finally paid off. Rizky Febian revealed that his good intentions were very warmly accepted by the Mahalini family, giving him extraordinary relief.

"And it turns out that thank God it was extraordinary to have a very warm welcome from his family at that time," he concluded.
