TIGARAKSA - Indra Adhitya's attorney, Fajar said that his party had submitted evidence of alleged Domestic Violence (KDRT) allegedly committed by Chikita Meidy and her mother against her client to the panel of judges.

"What is clear is that we submitted seven pieces of evidence, including the police report regarding the alleged domestic violence committed by the plaintiff and his mother, the plaintiff who are currently in the process of being investigated," said Fajar at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tuesday, October 7.

One of the seven pieces of evidence submitted to the panel of judges was evidence of injuries on the part of Indra Adhitya.

"Earlier, seven pieces of evidence, of which there was a wound on our chest, we used it as evidence to the panel of judges that the defendant had made a police report," explained Fajar.

Even so, Fajar said that until now his client's report is still in the investigation stage. This is allegedly due to the change of investigators so that the case feels long.

"Regarding the investigators, there hasn't been any, maybe because yesterday there was a change in the Criminal Investigation Unit, so it was hindered there. There is a new policy, maybe the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit is now working according to the SOP, that's it. But later we will, yes, follow up again with the investigators," said Fajar.

Previously, on June 25, Indra Adhitya through his attorney, Raidin Anom reported Chikita Meidy to the Tangerang Metro Police on suspicion of domestic violence.

Indra admitted that he suffered head injuries after being thrown with skincare bottles by Chikita Meidy until he experienced dizziness even though there were no serious injuries.

Furthermore, Indra explained that the violence occurred when he and Chikita were arguing because he bought an iPad for their child, Javier without Chikita's knowledge.
