Raditya Dika Reveals How To Support Children Confident In Showing Talent

JAKARTA - Raditya Dika admits that he has a way with his wife, Annisa Azizah, to support their children, they are more confident in showing their talents.

The author of the book Red Marmut Jambu says one way to make his son more confident is to give a stage showing their talent.

"We at home have a point of view where the child is given a stage, he is more confident," said Raditya Dika when met in Blok M, Jakarta, written on Saturday, October 4.

The stage is not only a big stage like when children do tests or there are events at school. The stage is also given by parents at home.

"But the stage is not only if he tests the piano, but also at home. For example, he told us what he was doing," he said.

According to Raditya Dika, the stage or small spaces given to children since now to appear will train their self-confidence. This will help children to be more daring to appear on a bigger stage in the future.

Not only that, Raditya also expressed that being nervous about appearing on stage is a natural thing to happen. However, nervously appearing for the first time will provide an experience to perform better on the next stage.

"People need to feel nervous on the first stages, at least to be confident in the future," concluded Raditya Dika.
