Allegedly Racism, This Magazine Apologizes For Cutting Photos Of Rose BLACKPINK

JAKARTA - Elle Magazine from England released an apology on Friday, October 3 after their latest upload of celebrities attending Paris Fashion Week.

Rose BLACKPINK was present as one of the guests for the Saint Laurent exhibition and sat with Madonna, Hailey Bieber, Charli XCX, and others. However, Elle UK uploaded a photo of the celebrities sitting and cutting photos of Rose.

Not a few suspect that the cut was carried out as a form of racism against the BLACKPINK member. Not long after, Elle immediately deleted the post and made a new photo with Rose as the only main topic in the upload.

"We apologize for the latest post from Paris Fashion Week where Rose BLACKPINK was cut from the group photo because of the size," wrote Elle UK.

"This upload has been deleted and ELLE UK is committed to comprehensive reporting for our audience," he said.

Apart from Elle, singer Charli XCX who shared a photo of sitting together was also suspected of being racist because Rose was sitting at the right but looking dim from the lights.

Rose was present at Paris Fashion Week as a global ambassador for Saint Laurent where he featured his latest collection.
