Hong Jong Hyun Replaces Yun Ji On For Positively Yours Drama

JAKARTA - Actor Hong Jong Hyun will replace the character played by Yun Ji On in the drama Positively Yours. Yun Ji On left the drama production after being arrested by the police for driving drunk.

The SECRET ENT agency that manages Hong Jonghyun's activities confirmed the news.

"Hong Jong Hyun will star in the drama Positively Yours as Lee Min Wook," said the SECRET ENT agency.

This drama is Hong Jong Hyun's latest project after What Come's After Love in 2024. He also made a cameo in My Dearest Nemesis and the drama Dear X.

Lee Min Wook's character was previously played by Yun Ji On. Lee Min Wook is a good friend of the main character's best friend.

Positively Yours is a romance drama that tells of a man and a woman who are forced to get married because of an incident. Choi Jin Hyuk plays Kang Doo Joon while Oh Yeon Seo plays Jang Hee Won.

Lee Min Wook, played by Hong Jong Hyun, is a good friend of Jang Hee Won who later has a love triangle with Kang Doo Joon.

Previously, Yun Ji On resigned from drama production because the DUI case and the production team would delete Yun Ji On's part as well as look for a replacement.
