Custody Of Children Falling Into Meiza, Eza Gionino Must Give Blessing Tens Of Millions

JAKARTA - Meiza Aulia's attorney, Rendy Rumapea, said that the results of the mediation between her client and Eza Gionino at the Cibinong Religious Court.

Rendy emphasized that there were three agreements that had been approved by both parties, such as agreeing to divorce, child custody in the hands of Meiza Aulia to the amount of child support.

"Yes, so for my media colleagues, thank God, thank God everything went smoothly. So there have been some agreements, agreed for divorce as well, agreed for child custody to be at Mbak Echa or our client and also related to child support as well," said Rendy Rumapea after the trial, Monday, September 22.

Meiza Aulia said that this agreement was deliberately made by both parties so that for the next trial there would be no more debates between the two.

"If the trial will still exist, but there is already material that the mediator will bring to the judge with the agreement. So there will be no more complicated debates," said Rendy Rumapea.

Furthermore, regarding child custody, Rendy explained that his client released Eza to meet her three children so that she would still feel the figure of a father.

"Yes, so indeed for child custody is in our client, but there is no time for access to meet with the child, restrictions, and others," said Rendy Rumapea.

"So the point is that from Mbak Echa's side, it remains cooperative, that children must also need a father figure, in terms of developing later," he continued.

When asked about the nominal income for children after the divorce requested by his client, Rendy Rumapea only said that he had touched tens of millions.

"Well, yes, tens of millions. Tens of millions, right, right," he concluded.

Related to this, Meiza Aulia did not seem to want to comment much. He only asked for prayers so that the divorce suit process he filed went smoothly.
