Absent Work Alesan In Children's Birthday, Andrew Andika Responds Casually To Tengku Dewi's Satire

JAKARTA - Andrew Andika clarified his absence from his son's first birthday party which was held by his ex-wife, Tengku Dewi.

He emphasized that his absence was purely due to clashes with his work schedule as a DJ outside the city which had been locked long ago.

"When I happened to have work, because now my work is like leaving the city," explained Andrew Andika, quoted from YouTube TransTV Official, Sunday, September 21.

"The schedule for work first (who came first), because for example, if the work is out of town, especially since DJ's work has been 2 weeks until a month before, he has been informed," continued Andika.

Even though he was not present at the event, Andrew admitted that he immediately flew to Bali two days later to celebrate his birthday privately with his children.

Responding to Tengku Dewi's satire regarding the contribution of funds to the party, Andrew responded casually. For him, responsibility as a father is not only measured by one birthday moment.

"For example, if I contribute once a week, I have to be responsible for all kinds of things. I think that's more important," he said.

"If you can give gifts every day, please," said Andrew Andika.

Furthermore, Andrew Andika said that his relationship with Tengku Dewi does not seem to have improved.

In an honest confession, Andrew revealed that his communication with Tengku Dewi was still cut because his number was blocked. "It's blocked. It's the same as Tengku. Still," he added.

As a result, all matters related to children, including birthday invitations, must be done through the intermediary of their household assistants. "To the nurse, to Mbak," he explained.
