Facts About Tasya Farasya's Divorce Lawsuit: Submitted Online Through Lawyers, Here's The Mediation Session Schedule

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Religious Court has provided details regarding the process of registering a divorce suit allegedly filed by Tasya Farasya to her husband, Ahmad Assegaf.

The lawsuit is known to be filed in a modern manner through an e-court system and represented by a lawyer. Public Relations of the South Jakarta PA, Dede Rika, explained that registration was no longer done manually.

"E-court. Yes. Now everything is registered on an e-court basis. Electronics, yes. Nothing is manual," he explained at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday, September 15.

He also confirmed that the plaintiff alias Tasya Farasya used the services of a lawyer. "Legal power. Plaintiffs use attorneys," he added.

The inaugural trial which will schedule mediation has been set on September 24, 2025. The presence of both parties is highly expected at this first trial for the smooth running of the process.

"Ee, should be present. If both are present, then the mediation trial stage. But if one is not present, he should be called again. Usually it's the trial stage, yes," explained Dede Rika regarding the ongoing procedure.

Although the alleged divorce suit from Tasya Farasya against Ahmad Assegaf has been confirmed, the reason behind their household rift is still a mystery.

The South Jakarta Religious Court firmly refused to reveal the contents of the lawsuit, including whether or not there were demands for child custody.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta PA, Dede Rika, stated that the material for the lawsuit was confidential and could not be conveyed to the public.

"As for the contents of the lawsuit, we cannot convey it. That's all we can convey. It's only about the procedure for the same stage of the trial," he said firmly.

When asked in more detail about other demands such as child custody, the court again gave the same answer.

"We have conveyed that earlier, if we can't convey the contents of the lawsuit here. We can only convey the stages of the trial," concluded Dede Rika.
