Nikita Mirzani Again Sues Wanprestasi Over Reza Gladys, Demands Compensation Of IDR 114 Billion

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani again filed a default lawsuit against Doctor Reza Gladys in the middle of a trial in a case of alleged threats and money laundering (TPPU).

Based on the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court, Nikita Mirzani filed this lawsuit with Ismail Marzuki alias Mail Syahputra.

Then, the defendant himself mentioned Dr. Reza Gladys Prettyanisari and her husband, dr. Attaubah Mufid.

In the explanation, it was stated that the lawsuit filed by Nikita Mirzani was Reza Gladys to return the money amounting to Rp4 billion.

"Punishing THE DEFENDANTS to return the money amounting to Rp. 4 million, - (four billion rupiah) to THE PLAINTIFF IN cash," said one of the quotes in the petitum quoted by VOI from SIPP, Monday, September 15.

Not only that, but Nikita Mirzani also demanded compensation for a default of Rp. 10 billion. This loss is calculated since the alleged cooperation agreement regarding the review of skincare products agreed on November 14, 2024 until this lawsuit is registered.

Uniquely, the claim also includes compensation for the destruction of credibility and the loss of the opportunity to make a living. Nikita Mirzani demanded compensation of Rp. 100 billion.

"Punishing the DEFENDANTs on a separate basis to pay in cash and direct losses for the loss of credibility and the loss of opportunities for the PLAINTIFFs to earn a living, amounting to Rp100 billion," Nikita Mirzani demanded.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani had also filed a default lawsuit against Doctor Reza Gladys, whom he had withdrawn some time ago on the pretext of wanting to focus on threatening cases and money laundering (TPPU).
