The Trial Of The Money Laundering Case, Nikita Mirzani, Proposed Further Treatment Due To Dental Problems

Attorney Nikita Mirzani was seen applying for further treatment for his client during a trial in a case of alleged threats and money laundering (TPPU) at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, September 11.

Legal adviser Nikita said that this was a recommendation from the doctor after his client was examined at the hospital.

"Yesterday I was accompanied by a team from the Public Prosecutor, doing treatment at the second hospital in a dentist. Well, worried about forgetting, later I will ask for further treatment," said legal adviser Nikita Mirzani during the trial, Thursday, September 11.

"Because yesterday's recommendation from the dentist who treated the defendant, it requires quick action within approximately 10 days from yesterday because there was a ruptured implant," he continued.

It is said that Nikita suffered a rupture in her crown teeth which eventually resulted in infection and had to undergo therapy three times a week.

"The dentist's language broke so that if it was later allowed to cause the infection it could spread everywhere," the legal adviser continued.

"The second is about therapy. Therapy at Gading Pluit Hospital is given time or opportunity to do physiotherapy for a week three times," explained the legal adviser.

If not carried out, the legal advisor explained that Nikita Mirzani's nerve flow could be disturbed, namely her heart and brain.

"If later it is not done, it will result in yesterday's X-ray results, it is in channel five, yes, the doctor's language is in channel five, it goes directly to the heart and brain. The nerve flow goes directly to the heart and brain," explained the legal advisor.

"Well, if this is not treated, it will take six weeks, within six weeks this will result in more severe cases, and even surgery will be carried out. That's what we want to convey. Therefore, we want to submit a letter of application for further treatment. Thus," he said.

Hearing this, the presiding judge, Kairul Soleh, said that he would allow Nikita Mirzani's treatment as long as her doctor's letter had been received by her party.

"We have heard from what was conveyed by the Legal Advisor. Of course, back to the formality, yes. The panel will give permission when the formality of the documents has already been submitted," said the Chief Judge.

"Of course, later in coordination with the prosecutor, the doctor who examined, the results of the examination that we had allowed yesterday," he concluded.
