JAKARTA - Image of Motion released the first teaser for the film Pangku which became the debut of director Reza Rahadian. The teaser was released ahead of its premiere at the 2025 Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) on 17-26 September.
This one-minute teaser shows the main character named Sartika, played by Claresta Taufan in life as a mother and a woman. Some scenes highlight his life moving into a city in hopes of changing his life.
Now he lives in Pantura and works in one of the coffee shops that offers laps services. His life changed after he met a truck driver named Hadi (Fedi Nuril).
This teaser was accompanied by the song Ibu from Iwan Fals as the theme song for the film Pangku. The day before, Reza Rahadian was also a guest on the Iwan Fals stage at the 2025 Party.
