After The DNA Test Results, Ridwan Kamil's Party Opened The Door To Peace For Lisa Mariana With Special Requirements

JAKARTA - The long wait for the public has finally ended. Ridwan Kamil's attorney, Muslim Jaya Butarbutar, officially announced that the DNA test results from the Dokkes Police Headquarters stated that CA, Lisa Mariana's son, were not Ridwan Kamil's biological biological child. These results are expected to end all speculations and debates that have been developing so far.

Muslim Jaya Butarbutar expressed his high appreciation to Bareskrim and Dokkes for carrying out their duties professionally.

"Bareskrim Polri Headquarters, investigators together with Dokkes have announced the results that CA is not a biological child of Ridwan Kamil. That is clear, so once again that these results can be legally accounted for, objectively and transparently, independently," said Muslim Jaya Butarbutar at Bareskrim Polri, Wednesday, August 20.

According to him, the results of this DNA test are an 'anti climax' which Ridwan Kamil wanted from the start to create legal certainty and end the conflict.

"So far, Mr. Ridwan Kamil asked for a DNA test. For what? To end the conflict so that it is legal certainty. Well, this has legal certainty. If it has legal certainty, the conflict is over," explained Muslim.

Although DNA test results have proven that Ridwan Kamil is not a biological father of CA, Ridwan Kamil's side has opened the door for a peaceful settlement.

Muslim Jaya hints at an opportunity to take the restorative justice route, especially if Lisa Mariana apologizes.

Muslims explain that all possibilities, including withdrawing reports, are still open to discussion.

"Yes, of course there are all opportunities. Everything is there. Mr. Ridwan Kamil is considering all of that. Especially if for example Lisa Mariana apologizes to the media, to social media, and others," he said.

He emphasized that his party considers the opportunity for restorative justice to always exist because it is regulated in the law. The final decision regarding this step will be considered further with Ridwan Kamil.

"We from the reporting party once again think that opportunities for restorative justice are always there. That's right, yes. Because it is justified in the law," said Muslim.
