Public Prosecutor Says Nikita Mirzani Refuses To Be Examined By Specialist Doctors

JAKARTA - New facts that were surprising were revealed in the follow-up trial of the alleged extortion and money laundering (TPPU) case that ensnared actress Nikita Mirzani.

After the previous trial was postponed for health reasons, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) reported that Nikita Mirzani refused to be examined by a specialist doctor when she was taken to the hospital.

"Patients refuse to be examined with internal medicine specialists," said the Public Prosecutor during the trial, Thursday, August 14.

The prosecutor explained to the panel of judges that they had made an appointment to take Nikita Mirzani to Adhiyaksa Hospital for treatment on Thursday, August 7.

"The chairman of the assembly number 362, regarding giving permission to the defendant Nikita Mirzani to conduct an examination at the Adhiyaksa Hospital on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 17 where we have carried out the determination," he continued.

However, based on a certificate from the hospital, Nikita refused to undergo an examination with an internal medicine specialist.

"And with the results of Adhiyaksa's noble hospital, we hereby bring a certificate number B 0134 which is signed below with the name of doctor Iren Sri Miranti explaining the condition in the medical patient Mrs. Nikita Mirzani, not born March 17, 1986, the diagnosis basically explains that the patient refuses to be examined with an internal medicine specialist," he continued.

Although refusing to be examined by specialists, the general practitioner who did the physical examination stated that Nikita's condition at that time did not show any signs of care and did not require hospitalization.

"And based on the physical examination by the general practitioner, the patient's current condition has found no signs of negligence and there are no indications of hospitalization so that patients can be hospitalized," explained the Public Prosecutor.

On that basis, Nikita Mirzani was returned to Pondok Bambu State Detention Center. The public prosecutor also submitted evidence of rejection of medical action which was signed directly by Nikita.

"Therefore, the patient can return to the detention house of the state of the bamboo hut as written in the judge's determination and we include the rejection of medical action and the rejection of medical reductions signed by the noble defendant," he concluded.
