JAKARTA - Dahlia Poland finally opened her voice again about the main reason behind her decision to sue for divorce from her husband, Fandy Christian.

The attorney confirmed that this lawsuit was purely based on Dahlia's desire to be independent as a woman and not because of the third krang.

Instead of being selfish, Dahlia chose a peaceful path with Fandy to raise their three children together.

"Mbak Dahlia's daughter is three, their position is also an artist, so Ms. Dahlia is not selfish, so she decided to raise children together," said Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya via video connection, Tuesday, August 12.

The attorney then revealed the real reason behind the divorce suit. After almost 10 years of building a household, Dahlia is said to have taken it no longer and want independence.

"So he just wants to be independent as a woman who can no longer stand with households that are almost 10 years old," he continued.

Although the divorce process is ongoing, communication between Dahlia and Fandy regarding their children is confirmed to be smooth. Fandy did not prevent Dahlia from interacting with the children at all.

"If communication goes smoothly, Mas Fandy also doesn't get in the way, keep calls, video calls, and even meet, we help and facilitate," said Wayan.

Wayan reiterated that there were no problems related to children. Dahlia's main goal now is only one, namely the official separation from Fandy Christian.

"So the problem with children is that there is no problem, but Dahlia's mother currently only wants the main goal is to officially separate from Mas Fandy," he said.

In the future, the concept of joint parenting or co-parening is an option that they will pursue for the good of their three children.

"As for the current care and future plans, like I said, Ms. Dahlia needs mutual concern and co-parenting together," he concluded.
