Omara Esteghlal Finds It Difficult To Play A Just Die, Why?

JAKARTA - Omara Esteghlal revealed the difficulty of playing the character in Kristo Immanuel's latest film, Just Die. He plays Gema, a man who has no friends because he often feels awkward.

"It keeps making jokes because it's difficult for me to play that. Because the most difficult thing is nature Gema," Omara Esteghlal said at a press conference in South Jakarta on Wednesday, August 6.

"He's snappy, processing his brain quickly, change of emotions continues to be confused, occurs in 10 seconds but he divides attention to the real world, the personal world. He really wants attention but he doesn't get it," he said.

Omara also added that Kristo as the director asked her to make changes to the emotions experienced by Gema in a short time.

"Kristo wants (to happen in 10 seconds), what is challenging about playing the character Gema is trying to translate what the brain's content is," added Omara Esteghlal.

In reality, someone who has a hard time growing, his mind is a bit rational. If his parents are photographed, they want to show that impact, parents don't have to beat them," Kristo said about Omara's character.

Meanwhile, the film Tinggal Dies will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting August 14, 2025.
