JAKARTA - blood clots or blood clots in the body are not always triggered by severe symptoms. Blood clots can occur secretly in the body, with signs rarely realized, which in the end can cause heart attacks to stroke.

1. Suddenly coughing

Symptoms of cough due to blood clots can continue even though the patient has taken cough medicine. If it continues, it is recommended to check with a doctor.

2. Change of sudden vision in one eye

Blood clots that occur in arteries that should supply the eyes can cause blurred or missing vision in one eye. These symptoms may occur in just a few minutes, but even those short episodes could indicate a transient ixemic attack or also known as a mild stroke.

3. Pain while breathing

Sudden pain while breathing can also be a sign of blood clots, which occur in the lungs. Sometimes, the pain can spread to the shoulders or upper back, which makes people think it is just a muscle problem. In fact, this condition is a lung reaction to reduced oxygen flow.

4. Red skin and itching on one of the legs

The growing blood in the inner veins can be inflamed in the skin above it, which causes the skin to reden, itching, and warm, without any rash or itching that occurs. This sign often occurs on one of the legs, not on either leg.
