Back To Playing Film Again, Joanna Alexandra Had Her Own Doubts

JAKARTA - Long time no see in the world of cinema, actress Joanna Alexandra finally returned to greet her fans through a new acting project.

However, behind this return, there are great doubts and inner struggles that he has felt after years of vacuum.

Joanna openly admitted that she felt unsure about her own abilities. However, the casting process managed to break these doubts and gave him confidence to move forward.

"Obviously I feel 'do I can (turn acting again)?' But when I was offered casting I thought 'yes, what was wrong with trying, when I was said to get the role, it meant I could. If they were okay, why should I be afraid of this project," said Joanna Alexandra in the Central Jakarta area, Tuesday, July 29.

His enthusiasm grew even more when he was on set. Acting with other actors made him feel even more motivated to give his best.

"I'm very happy to be able to act together and hear their voices booming on the set, very motivated to act," he continued.

Joanna herself admitted that she had forgotten how long it took for her to not play the film as the main character. He estimates his last significant role will be around 2015.

"I forgot how many years (not playing movies), actually the last film became a character in the 2015s, yes, but there were several films after that, they didn't become the main character, the film was 2020 if I'm not mistaken," said Joanna.

His decision to return to acting was not a big sudden decision, but a longing that finally found the right time.

He hinted at several events in the past that made him unable to return to the entertainment world more quickly.

"It's not a big decision (to go back to acting again), I really miss making it back to the entertainment world again, maybe yesterday there were several incidents that couldn't make me come back," said Joanna Alexandra.

Now, with the children getting bigger and easier to leave, Joanna feels this is the most appropriate time to make her longing come true.

"So when the moment is now, it's like let's just can't wait to get back to filming again, the children are getting bigger so the distribution is to be left behind, I think it's time," he explained.

With full confidence, he also emphasized his readiness to return to being active in the world that has made his name.

"Well, I have received to shoot again what will be done," he said.
