Witness Not Present At The Incident, Vadel Badjideh Feels Profitable

JAKARTA - The trial of the alleged immoral act that befell content creator Vadel Badjideh was again held at the South Jakarta District Court.

In this trial, the public prosecutor (JPU) again presented three witnesses in the trial, namely a friend of LM, Putri Nikita Mirzani.

"Today, 3 witnesses were presented, Lolly's friend, the netizen initially became friends," said Oya Abdul Malik, Vadel Badjideh's attorney after the trial, Wednesday, July 16.

Oya said that the three witnesses explained a lot about the story that LM had told them.

"The information they gave was what they knew, about what Loly told them. They knew the beginning as a Loly fan, then continued with chatting communication and finally only heard what Loly told them," explained Oya.

Oya emphasized that during the trial process, the witness did not know much about the alleged immoral act committed by his client because the witness was not at the scene.

For Vadel, this can be a breath of fresh air for them before the trial.

"Yes, if the witness must see for himself, it must be there, but what was conveyed today, all they know is that the rest answered they did not know," he said.

In the next trial, it was Vadel's turn to present witnesses. Oya said they had prepared approximately 4 witnesses.
