Playing In Series Teacher Of Season 4, Agnez Mo Affirms Passing The Audition Stage

JAKARTA - Singer Agnez Mo is trusted to make his acting debut in Hollywood through the Teacher series in the fourth season. In this series, Agnez Mo will also compete acting with Anggun C. Sasmi as a representative from Indonesia.

Knowing this, Agnez Mo revealed that taking this role was not easy for him. Because he promised himself not to arbitrarily choose characters.

"I promised myself 10 years ago, if I go back to acting, it should be for a role I really love, a character that challenges me, a character that is not just a "sterotype" box that I can get into," Agnez Mo wrote. VOI quoted from Instagram @agenzmo, Monday, June 16.

Therefore, Agnez Mo emphasized that he got this role through his own hard work, not because of his name or status as a celebrity.

"So when I finally made the decision to jump back in, I brought this intention with me:

wanting to get where I am - not because of my name, my status, or my followers on social media.

"But because of my own abilities and skills," explained Agnez Mo.

"So, I auditioned for this role. Underwent a screen test (@alanritchson was amazing - thank you! Trained - like a student again. It was very humble. And acting was a fun thing once again," he continued.

The singer of the song Matahariku expressed her happiness and pride for being able to join the Reacher series.

"So grateful to be a part of something I truly believe in. And very ready to continue learning, continue to develop, and continue to tell fun stories," added Agnez Mo.
