The Reason Nikita Mirzani Demanded A Loss Of Rp100 Billion For Reza Gladys Regarding The Wanpresasi Case

JAKARTA - Fahmi Bachmid, the attorney for artist Nikita Mirzani, has opened his voice regarding the Rp100 billion default lawsuit filed by his party against Reza Gladys and other related parties. According to Fahmi, the value of the lawsuit is not comparable to what has been experienced by his client.

"(The Rp100 M Wanprestasi Lawsuit to Reza Gladys) Is small, for Nikita Mirzani it is too small with the process experienced by him. So in the legal process, the value should not be seen," said Fahmi Bachmid at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, June 11.

He emphasized that the essence of this lawsuit was not solely about the nominal value of money, but about the violation of an agreement that had been made previously.

"But the essence is the existence of an act, an agreement orally, where the agreement is suddenly canceled. That is the essence. So in the legal process, we should not see the value of the problem," he said.

Furthermore, Fahmi emphasized that the legal process will run as it should, and the final decision is entirely in the hands of the panel of judges.

"That's why the judge will decide later. But the most important thing is the essence of this issue, there has been a default that has been carried out by the defendant one and two defendants," he continued.

Fahmi also explained the basis for the default claim, which stems from an agreement between related parties.

"So the default began with an agreement. The agreement could be verbal, it can be written. What is it like? Later I will convey it to the court," explained Fahmi Bachmid.

When asked about the calculation of the losses suffered by Nikita Mirzani due to this case, Fahmi gave an answer that emphasized his client's reputation in the entertainment world.

"(Regarding the calculation of the loss) do you know Nikita Mirzani? Yes, I do. I don't think I need to explain because you know more than I do," he said.
