JAKARTA Musician Rayen Pono officially reported Ahmad Dhani the alleged player of the clan name to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, South Jakarta. He said that the reports made had been running smoothly and as expected by his party.

"The point is that today's report has been going well and received well, and regarding the elements of the article, everything has fulfilled the elements. Yes, the point is that everything is as expected by us," said Rayen Pono at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit, South Jakarta, Wednesday, April 23.

In its reporting, Rayen Pono also included various pieces of evidence that were considered strong enough to support the report. These evidence include video recordings and digital communication.

"First, there is video evidence of live discussions when discussing Copyright, then there is evidence of chat in WhatsApp messages as well, then other evidence such as statements from communities from the family clan have also issued a statement that they strongly condemn not accepting it," explained Jajang as Rayen Pono's attorney.

Not only that, Jajang also highlighted that this alleged violation was committed by a public figure who has a moral responsibility in the eyes of the public, especially if he is a member of the council.

"Moreover, those who do it are public figures, all of whom know who should set a good example to the community, especially since the reported party is a member of the council where they are also bound by the code of ethics of council members," he added.

The alleged article is Article 156 of the Criminal Code, then Article 315 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 16 Juncto Article 4 letter B, Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 of 2008 concerning the elimination of racial and ethnic discrimination.
