Again Accompanied By Children After 9 Years, Judika: It's Like Studying Again

JAKARTA - After nine years of not taking care of babies, singer Judika is now experiencing being the father of a newborn. He and his wife, Duma Riris, are enjoying the time of raising their third child, who is only a few months old.

"Yes, that's him. After 9 years of not having children, take care of it again from a baby, it's like learning again from the start," said Judika in the Senayan area, South Jakarta, Monday, April 7.

Although previous experience helped a little, raising babies at this age remains a challenge for Judika. Moreover, the baby has now shown quite rapid growth.

"This pressure is getting heavier, right now it's been 8.8 months (kilograms). Earlier we finished the vaccine, he was 8.8 kilos. And if he wants to be carried forward. So how many minutes is it enough like we are fit. It doesn't sweat, it flows. So that's it too," he continued.

Judika also explained how his wife played an extraordinary role in taking care of the baby, from breastfeeding to adjusting the sleep hours of the little one which was still unstable.

"Because his mother also still has to stand by, because how many hours, every hour he has to drink, then his time is still sleeping, he is still changing. Sometimes at night he sleeps, sometimes during the day," said Judika.

The wife also chose to provide exclusive breast milk without the help of formula, so that all parenting processes were carried out in full by themselves.

"Filled with a lot of sleep and annoying, because my wife is full, there is no formula. Nothing really, everything is really handled like our one and two children," he continued.

Even so, Judika tries to always be ready to help, especially when his wife starts to get tired or needs time for herself.

"So it's a bit more tired, actually the mother. Just stand by to help, if he's already sore, he wants to be around that time, it's the turn of his papa who is carrying him," he concluded.
