JAKARTA - After experiencing an abscession, lawyer Hotman Paris said that he was advised to start reducing his habits in drinking alcohol. Because the drink affects the health of his liver.

"One view, reduce alcohol. Because once we drink alcohol, the liver shakes, dances with him. Second, reduce work," said Hotman Paris in the Grogol area, West Jakarta, Sunday, April 6.

As a lawyer who is known to always handle big cases, Hotman admits that his lifestyle has been very intense. But now, he is starting to shift to healthier habits, such as exercising in the morning.

"I was too named a lawyer for too long, all the big cases I was holding. At 3 o'clock I started work, now I'm changing it, I'm exercising now, every morning I walk," he continued.

Despite reducing work activities, Hotman insists that he hasn't really stopped him. He is now working from home in a more relaxed atmosphere.

"(Work from dawn) Reduced not stopped, because like this, you know, since my corona has never been to the office, I enjoy working in the office near my swimming pool, at 6.30 employees have come only to give a report," explained Hotman.

"I was swimming, suddenly the number one case was what the lawsuit was, the subordinates reported it from the swimming pool, so I went swimming again," he added.

Hotman also said he was in the process of recovering from health problems, with plans for further examinations in the near future.

"I should have come next week, but I'm accelerating, the bacteria are still a little bit, so later I will come again, only one more thing that needs to be done is endoscopy," he explained.

He will also carry out endooscopic procedures to ensure overall body condition.

"We have our intestines drilled from behind so that everything can be seen, to check the intestines, whether there is cancer or there is dirt, I was isolated but forgot that I was not allowed to eat blood-staining drugs, at night I ate," said Hotman.

"I'll return to Singapore later, the plan is for the 28th to be endorsed, for routine checks, because until now I don't know where the germs come from," he concluded.
